Our Ministries at Lydia Missionary Baptist Church

At Lydia Missionary Baptist Church, we are committed to serving God, strengthening families, and loving our community through a variety of meaningful ministries. Each ministry is designed to help people grow spiritually, meet practical needs, and share the hope of Jesus Christ.

The Lydia Church Youth Ministry is devoted to equipping children with the Word of God in order to raise up a new generation of faithful followers of Jesus Christ. Teaching biblical principles through the Word of God, engaging in Christian fellowship, and demonstrating the love of Christ are the key objectives of the youth ministry. Haley and Will Parks serve as Lydia’s youth ministers. Our Youth Ministry focuses on raising up the next generation in the knowledge and love of Christ. Through Bible teaching, fellowship, service opportunities, and special events, we encourage young people to grow spiritually, develop strong Christian character, and live out their faith daily.

Bus Ministry

Children to Church

The Lydia Church Bus Ministry is devoted to providing children with the opportunity to attend church and learn about God and His Son, Jesus Christ. Buses run on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings.

Helping Hands is a food pantry partnership between Lydia Missionary Baptist Church and other local churches. Helping Hands is dedicated to providing people in our community with needed food supplies. The pantry is open on the second Saturday of each month at the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Center, Texas.

Sharing the Gospel

At Lydia Missionary Baptist Church, we are committed to supporting and partnering with missionaries who are spreading the Gospel across the world. Our missionaries serve in the Philippines, Senegal, and Eastern Europe, sharing Christ’s love through evangelism, church planting, discipleship, and community outreach. Through prayer, financial support, and ongoing encouragement, we walk alongside those on the frontlines of missions as they make disciples and strengthen churches in their regions.
